The individual will have a proven track record in sales and customer service within the automobile industry and an extensive knowledge of the retail vehicle market. Requirements

Possess more than three years of automotive sales management experience
Able to hold yourself accountable and achieve goals with limited direct supervision
An impressive work ethic
Robust customer service and follow up skills
Demonstrated ability to manage others
Strong Computer and Phone abilities (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM)
Knowledge of automotive systems like eLeads, V-auto, UCS, CDK, Dealer Track or other automotive technology systems
Provide excellent leadership with great communication skills

Responsibilities

Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
Help manage all other aspects of the department
Be ethical and transparent in leading operations
Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture
