Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and hold a team of sales professionals accountable for results
  • Work deals, structure financing, and help close customers
  • Drive daily sales performance and maintain momentum on the floor
  • Recruit, train, and develop top sales talent
  • Create a culture of accountability, respect, and servant leadership
  • Manage sales process, desk deals, and maximize gross profit
  • Help build the sales structure as we expand operations and add new locations
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales department
