Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 sales representatives to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Take full ownership of your market, creating daily routines, training plans, and accountability structures
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring adherence to our one-call-close sales process
  • Support your team in the field when needed, conducting in-home consultations and mentoring through action
  • Work closely with internal recruiting, installation, and marketing teams to align efforts and drive success
  • Use performance metrics to identify trends, remove roadblocks, and drive strategic improvement

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading a high-performing sales team (home improvement or one-call-close environment)
  • A leadership style that is organized, disciplined, routine-driven, and motivational
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent
  • Strong business acumen and comfort using metrics to drive results
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office 365; Salesforce or PowerBI is a plus
