This is a leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable building a system in HubSpot and getting on a call to pitch a client. You will own the full revenue and marketing operations infrastructure at Hollywood Branded. That means the CRM, the pipeline, the inbound engine, the outbound strategy, proposal and pitch deck production, and the team executing all of it. You will manage an Associate Manager, a Coordinator, and direct an Ops Assistant who owns the HubSpot backend. You will also lead our trade show team in the field when we are out pitching clients. Our core belief in sales is this: if you cannot do it, you cannot build the system for it. We are not looking for someone who manages from a distance. We need someone who has done the work, understands it from the inside, and can lead others to do it well. Learn it. Do it. Teach it. That is how we operate. This is not a back-office role. You set the standard and you hold it, including for yourself. We are scaling, and the person in this role needs to be genuinely excited about growth, not just comfortable with it. You should be exploring new sales tools before anyone asks, testing AI platforms out of curiosity, and showing up with ideas rather than waiting for direction.
