About The Position

This is a leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable building a system in HubSpot and getting on a call to pitch a client. You will own the full revenue and marketing operations infrastructure at Hollywood Branded. That means the CRM, the pipeline, the inbound engine, the outbound strategy, proposal and pitch deck production, and the team executing all of it. You will manage an Associate Manager, a Coordinator, and direct an Ops Assistant who owns the HubSpot backend. You will also lead our trade show team in the field when we are out pitching clients. Our core belief in sales is this: if you cannot do it, you cannot build the system for it. We are not looking for someone who manages from a distance. We need someone who has done the work, understands it from the inside, and can lead others to do it well. Learn it. Do it. Teach it. That is how we operate. This is not a back-office role. You set the standard and you hold it, including for yourself. We are scaling, and the person in this role needs to be genuinely excited about growth, not just comfortable with it. You should be exploring new sales tools before anyone asks, testing AI platforms out of curiosity, and showing up with ideas rather than waiting for direction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a hybrid revenue role
  • HubSpot proficiency is required. If you have not lived in it, this is not the role for you
  • Proven ability to build systems and actually get people to use them
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales or business development, not just supporting it
  • Familiarity with content marketing, LinkedIn strategy, sales intelligence software, and inbound lead generation
  • A genuine drive to self-educate. You seek out learning platforms, sales training, digital marketing courses, and industry content because you want to, not because it was assigned
  • Proficient, early-adopter, and active daily user of AI tools. You are not experimenting occasionally. You are building with them
  • An upbeat, high-energy presence that makes the people around you better and keeps momentum moving even when things are hard
  • A profit-driven mindset. You think about what moves revenue, not just what keeps things organized
  • Experience managing or coordinating small teams
  • Strong writer and communicator who can pitch, present, and produce without hand-holding
  • Genuine excitement about being part of an agency in major growth mode, where what you build today has a direct impact on where we are in two years

Responsibilities

  • Build, implement, and enforce a real sales system that the team actually uses consistently
  • Own HubSpot strategy end to end: pipeline management, deal tracking, lead routing, reporting, and data integrity
  • Create and maintain playbooks for outbound outreach, follow-up sequences, and deal progression
  • Hold yourself and the team accountable to the system, not just set it up and move on
  • Partner with leadership to build and execute a content-driven inbound strategy across blog, LinkedIn, and future platforms
  • Personally contribute to and direct content creation tied to lead generation
  • Direct the Ops Assistant on HubSpot workflows that convert inbound traffic into qualified leads
  • Research, test, and implement AI-powered outreach and sales intelligence tools as they become part of the stack
  • Oversee and contribute to the creation of proposals, Radar decks, and Agent Pitch decks
  • Ensure output is accurate, on-brand, and moves deals forward
  • Keep production moving without bottlenecks across the team
  • Run outbound prospecting and outreach alongside the team, not just in oversight
  • Identify new business opportunities and move them through the pipeline
  • Participate in trade show pitches and client-facing meetings when needed
  • Manage and develop the Associate Manager and Coordinator
  • Direct the Ops Assistant on HubSpot builds aligned to sales and marketing strategy
  • Lead and support the trade show team members who represent Hollywood Branded in the field
  • Set clear expectations, provide tools and training, and keep the team moving without needing daily direction from leadership
