As Sales Operations analyst, you’ll handle the recurring workflows that connect products to distributors. Reporting to the Sales Ops Manager, you’ll ensure paperwork, registrations, and pricing updates are delivered accurately and on time—making seasonal launches smooth and reliable. You’ll: Complete and submit distributor-specific product forms on schedule Maintain product catalog and pricing trackers with clean audit trails Partner with compliance to keep licenses and registrations current Monitor due dates, statuses, and approvals across distributors/states Update dashboards and respond quickly to ad-hoc data requests Prep seasonal launches with front-loaded submissions and clear plans Send weekly updates highlighting completed, pending, and at-risk items Identify small improvements that reduce resubmits and errors over time
