With a mission to deliver world class perception systems for Physical AI and safely integrate robotics and AI into everyday life, RealSense provides intelligent, secure and reliable vision systems that help machines navigate and interact with the human world. We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst, experienced in Sales Operations analytics and eCommerce platforms. You will work closely with sales on analysis of global and regional sales out details. You must have experience in eCommerce Systems, Demand Planning tools, reporting tools, and CRM systems. As part of a fast-paced startup environment, you'll be expected to take ownership, think system-wide, and contribute hands-on to a high-impact product used in real-world applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales operations or systems analysis
  • Proven track record of development of automated reporting tools
  • Motivated self-starter with customer service experience and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience across multiple functional areas: Sales, IT, Finance, Marketing and eCommerce.
  • Technical Experience with Adobe Magento Platform, and eCommerce systems.
  • Experience with tool development
  • Exposure to fast paced startup environments

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales process from lead to order placement
  • Resolve issues with RealSense eCommerce Store Operations
  • Address customer inquiries regarding eCommerce orders
  • Assist sales in Disti Order Portal issue resolution and account setup
  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) and sales tools
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and proper usage by sales teams
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and demand planning inputs
  • Align sales forecasts with manufacturing capacity and inventory planning
  • Support Customer Support inquiries in support of customer RMA issue resolution.
