About the Role: As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales force's productivity by streamlining operational processes. Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a business analysis, data analytics, financial analysis, or a commission analyst role within a subscription-based software environment.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Project Coordination: Experience in coordinating small-scale projects.
• CRM Systems: Basic familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems.
• Problem-Solving: Capability to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Sales Compensation: Understanding of sales compensation calculation and processes.
• Process Improvement: Interest in identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and utilize sales tools and systems.
• Interpersonal Skills: Effective interaction and collaboration with team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor routine sales reports and analytics.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of sales projects.
• Maintain and improve sales process documentation.
• Calculate and verify sales compensation and incentive payouts.
