About The Position

Meyer Utility Structures is searching for a Sales Operations Analyst for our corporate office in Memphis, TN. The Sales Operations Specialist will drive commercial efficiency by analyzing data to identify improvements, creating actionable reports using PowerBI, and streamlining processes, standards, and documentation. This role supports Sales Directors and Sales Operations through cross-functional collaboration, maintenance of the Sales SharePoint site, and developing key service level agreements. Meyer Utility Structures is an industry leader in the engineering design and fabrication of concrete and tubular steel structures for transmission, distribution, and substation applications. With over sixty years of innovative engineering and manufacturing expertise, Meyer has helped to author and validate many of today’s transmission industry standards and specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience with 5+ years of experience in steel structures, infrastructure and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create presentations for internal/external customers
  • Ability to model the Meyer Utility Structures Guiding Principles
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proven cross-functional relationship development
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Responsibilities

  • Bring creativity to the Sales Operations and Commercial Organization team to resolve complex commercial challenges
  • Mine data to discover opportunities to improve the commercial organization; present findings and recommendations to management
  • Assist with the development, improvement, and installation of processes, standards, and governance for the Commercial Organization
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to assist Sales Operations in authoring and maintaining service level agreements
  • Overhaul, organize, and maintain the Sales SharePoint site
  • Create and maintain standard documentation for items such as process maps, internal approval forms and templates
  • Learn PowerBI to support Sales Operations data analysis and potential report development for use of creating tools such as dashboards for Sales metrics
  • Provide support for Sales Directors and Sales Operations
