About The Position

We’re seeking a data-driven analyst to own analytics and dashboarding for our Direct-to-Home (D2H) program. You’ll transform sales, recruiting, and operations data into clear insights that drive weekly decisions, optimize rep performance, and inform forecasting. The ideal candidate pairs strong SQL/Python skills with business sense and crisp communication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related).
  • 1–3+ years in an analytics role supporting sales, revenue operations, or business operations (D2D/D2H field sales a plus).
  • SQL : Joins, CTEs, window functions, performance-aware querying across large datasets.
  • Python (intermediate): pandas/NumPy for data wrangling; scheduling/automation familiarity.
  • BI tools: Experience with DOMO, Tableau, or Microsoft Power
  • Expert proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (nested formulas, pivots, data cleaning).
  • Clear communicator who can present trade-offs, limitations, and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
  • Basic statistics (A/B testing, regression, confidence intervals).
  • Exposure to CRM/operational data (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, custom field apps) and cloud data warehouses (Azure, Snowflake or SQL Server).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with pest control licensing and insurance documentation processes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Build & maintain BI assets: Design, publish, and iterate executive-ready dashboards in DOMO, Tableau, or Power BI for pipeline, production, retention, and efficiency KPIs.
  • Own data quality & reliability: Create robust queries, views, and checks to ensure accuracy, freshness, and consistency across sources.
  • Analyze performance: Deliver recurring and ad-hoc analyses on rep performance, team comparisons, channel effectiveness, seasonality, and incentive competitions.
  • Forecast & plan: Support weekly and seasonal forecasts.
  • ETL & automation: Develop repeatable data pipelines (SQL, Python) to ingest, clean, and transform data from CRM/ops systems and spreadsheets.
  • Experimentation & insights: quantify impact of training, incentives, and operational changes.
  • Stakeholder enablement: Translate complex findings into clear narratives, visuals, and action items for Sales Leadership and Field Ops.
  • Data governance: Help define metrics, calculation logic, and source-of-truth tables; document data lineage and definitions.
