In this role, you’ll be the first dedicated Sales Operations hire at Peak Design building the foundation for how we support, grow, and forecast our largest global retail partnerships. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly and will be the connective tissue between PD and our Tier 1 accounts, including REI, B&H Photo, Best Buy, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, as well as our leading distributors across Europe and APAC. We need someone to own the operational engine behind these relationships: aligning demand signals, communicating inventory, shaping forecasts, surfacing sales insights, and ensuring our partners have the data and inventory they need to drive revenue and deliver an experience to Peak Design customers around the world. You’ll be our go-to expert for creating and communicating reports that bring clarity to complex sales data, improving account health, and enabling smarter decision-making across the sales team. To meet your goals, you’ll build scalable processes, collaborate closely with Sales, Wholesale Operations, and demand planning, and figure out how to turn trends into actionable plans. We’re looking for someone with experience in sales operations and a strong analytical mind paired with excellent communication skills. A bias toward proactive problem-solving, comfort working autonomously, and familiarity with large retailers or international distributors are musts, as is the ability to create order, insight, and impact in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.
