The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of our sales technology stack, with primary responsibility for CRM operations within HubSpot. This role helps ensure data accuracy, system reliability, and the effective use of CRM workflows, reporting, and user access to support the broader revenue team. In this role, the coordinator maintains CRM infrastructure, dashboards, integrations, and data hygiene while supporting strong adoption and effective use of sales tools such as ZoomInfo and Loopio. The position also provides operational support for key sales processes, including proposal coordination, documentation management, and workflow execution across our direct, reseller, and partner channels.
