About The Position

The Sales Operation Intern, Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Sales Operations Teams during an 8-week program held onsite at our headquarters in Issaquah, WA. The role will assist in initiating and coordinating project requirements, conduct research and development of technical solutions, ensure comprehensive functional, technical, and operational documentation is prepared, and report on project status and progress. During the 8-week period, the role will collaborate closely with the project team and stakeholders to establish and implement processes and relay pertinent information requiring the team's attention.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Systems or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
  • Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
  • Administrative skills which must include excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsive to staff needs, including professionalism, respect and consideration of others

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project scheduling and execution, supporting assigned deliverables through completion under guidance.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, publications, and presentations in the required style, software, and format.
  • Participate in and support meetings for various stakeholders while preparing and editing meeting minutes.
  • Prepare charts, tables, and presentations, ensuring that the graphics and content are correct and create a proper impact.
  • Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks for the department or departments as assigned.
  • Job shadow various members of the department and assist them as needed.
  • Provide timely project status updates and communicate issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels.
  • Act as a liaison, coordinating between all the various departments and employees who are working on a project.
  • Participate in intern cohort activities including: professional development workshops, warehouse tours, and meetings with leadership.
  • May perform or support special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
