About The Position

Come work with a fast-growing company in a split internship role. This summer internship would allow you to work with the Finance and Sales Operations teams, as well as the Legal and Contracts teams. This unique opportunity would allow you to see many different roles inside the company and help you determine where you want to pursue your career after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supporting sales operations activities; specifically with order processing management
• Support Month End Close Reporting
• Support accounting close and other finance/accounting tasks
• Ad-hoc financial modeling as needed
• Provide financial analysis as requested by RGS business/sales
• Collaborates closely with sales & operations teams on a daily basis as directed by Finance & Business Operations Analyst, the Director, or the CFO.
• Contract research to ensure compliance
• Issue basic agreements like Non-Discolusre Agreements (NDAs)
• File management for FAR compliance
• Collaborate with sales, operations, product development, and marketing to help generate contracts
• Assist with conflict resolution with customers of sub-contractors
• Review and redline agreements to ensure RGS is protected in various facets
• Other duties as assigned
