The Sales Operations Intern will focus on specific process improvement projects that directly support the 2026 corporate strategy. Scope of Projects: The Sales Operations Intern will support projects that improve the usability, adoption, and effectiveness of our CRM tools and processes, including: Assisting with CRM workflow enhancements and process improvements Helping maintain CRM data hygiene, accuracy, and standardization Gathering requirements from sales stakeholders and documenting current processes Testing CRM updates and assisting with rollout and documentation Identifying opportunities to reduce manual steps (“clicks”) and improve user experience Helping connect CRM processes into a more integrated end-to-end flow
