DESCRIPTION As a Sales Operations Lead, you will own end-to-end business processes for the U.S. Enterprise Sales organization, managing daily, weekly, and monthly cadences. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, and other key stakeholders. The Sales Operations Lead drives operational excellence, analytical insight, and cross-functional alignment to enable high-quality Enterprise sales execution. Acting as a trusted business partner, you will translate complex performance and financial data into actionable insights that shape strategy and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Legal, Order Management, Contracts, Supply Chain, Reseller Operations, and AI/ML teams to develop scalable, data-driven solutions that strengthen Enterprise sales operations. This role requires the ability to work effectively across multiple organizations, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and influence strategic decisions.
