We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support, optimize, and govern our sales processes, systems, and infrastructure. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and departments to support the sales cycle and new client onboarding. The ideal candidate combines systems thinking, technical fluency, and process rigor to drive sales efficiency and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization skills
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • This position is based at Propio’s corporate headquarters in Overland Park, KS. Remote applicants will not be considered.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business operations
  • Experience with Salesforce as a CRM
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technology (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other business analytics software

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales leadership to identify opportunities to optimize and improve internal processes, systems, tools, and data
  • Own and maintain CRM data integrity, governance, and reporting accuracy
  • Develop and enhance sales analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
  • Oversee completion and timely delivery of client security questionnaire responses and documentation
  • Support sales lead generation activity through completing vendor registrations and questionnaires
  • Manage sales enablement tools and platforms, identifying opportunities for training, automation, and system enhancements
  • Manage ordering and shipment process for equipment and training collateral to support new client onboarding and implementation
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to support conferences, webinars, events, and presentations
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects that strengthen the overall sales infrastructure
  • Other projects, duties, and responsibilities as assigned
