Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort solutions for over 100 years, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sales Operations Manager to lead statistical forecasting and internal demand orchestration across channels. This role is intentionally designed to move beyond customer replenishment execution. While supporting sales performance remains important, this position will lean heavily into building and owning a disciplined, data-driven demand planning framework across retail, commercial, and eCommerce channels. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and managing a rolling 12-month statistical forecast by channel, identifying structural demand drivers, and standardizing forecasting processes company-wide. This individual will serve as the internal architect of bottoms-up demand planning and will lead demand review preparation for SIOP. This is a high-impact, internally focused role that requires strong modeling capability, cross-functional influence, and a proactive mindset.
