The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving sales excellence, operational efficiency, functional and cross-functional collaboration across Actylis. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and optimization of the sales pipeline and forecast, promoting adoption of CRM best practices, and translating data into actionable insights that drive growth. Beyond analytical rigor, this role is highly interactive — partnering daily with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to align priorities, offer Sales analytics, analysis, solve challenges, and empower the sales team.
