In this role, you will support the North America Sales Vice President and the sales teams with operational tasks, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Your contributions will influence sales forecasts, reporting, and strategic initiatives, essential for our partner's growth and alignment with key objectives. With an emphasis on data analysis and collaboration, you'll play a crucial part in developing sales strategies and fostering strong relationships with channel partners and direct customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management or sales.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of sales profitability.
• Experience with Salesforce / Zoho and Tableau.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and create forecasts.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with channel distribution strategies.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Successful clearance of a background check and drug test.
