At HUB International, we are a team of entrepreneurs. We believe in protecting and supporting the aspirations of individuals, families, and businesses. We help our clients evaluate their risks and develop solutions tailored to their needs. We believe in empowering our employees to learn, grow, and make a difference. Our structure enables our teams to maintain their own unique, regional culture while leveraging support and resources from our corporate centers of excellence. HUB is a global insurance and employee benefits broker, providing a boundaryless array of business insurance, employee benefits, risk services, personal insurance, retirement, and private wealth management products and services. With over $5 billion in revenue and almost 20,000 employees in 600 offices throughout North America, HUB has grown substantially, in part due to our industry leading success in mergers and acquisitions. Position Overview The Sales Performance Coordination Specialist serves as operational support for Hub Sales Force Development. This role ensures the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of all performance-focused training programs, coaching operations, and AI-enabled tools that support Hub's producers and account executives. SFD is evolving from a traditional training delivery function into Hub's performance engine; one focused on tradecraft, executive presence, deal intuition, and AI-augmented selling skills. This coordinator plays a critical role in that shift by supporting the systems and logistics that allow coaches, program managers, and instructional designers to focus on high-value performance work rather than administrative overhead. This hybrid role can be based out of any of the following HUB office locations throughout the United States: Chicago (IL), Dallas (TX), Omaha (NE), Brentwood (TN), Nashville (TNE), Rockville (MD), Ellicot City (NJ), New York (NY), Denver (CO), South Bend (IN), Metairie (LA), Fall River (MA), Grand Rapids (MI), Charlotte (NC), Columbus (OH), Pittsburgh (PA), Boston (MA), Greenville (SC), Houston (TX), Bothell (WA) Why This Role Matters Sales Force Development is Hub's performance engine. We don't just train producers; we build the tradecraft, executive presence, and deal-closing capability that drives revenue. This coordination role is essential because every hour a coach spends on logistics is an hour they're not spending with a producer. By supporting the operational infrastructure, this role directly amplifies the impact of every coach, facilitator, and program manager on the team.
