As a Sales Porter you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our sales department. The sales porter is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and/or lot and assisting the sales team in various tasks. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience preferred.
Previous experience driving a manual transmission strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles have buyer guides, stock tags and are locked and properly secured.
Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations as needed.
Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
