About the position

The Sales Product Specialist assists the Sales Advisor with selling new and used vehicles to customers. When interacting with customers, the specialist seeks to deliver exceptional guest experiences by going above-and-beyond. When not interacting with guests, priority is given to helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences by being highly responsive to their requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests. The specialist treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect, adheres to Company Policies and Procedures, maintains a clean and organized work area, and upholds a professional appearance in accordance with the dealership dress code. Responsibilities include contacting and communicating with customers to identify their needs using the sales process, greeting customers upon arrival, presenting different vehicle models and providing product information, showing customers vehicles on the lot and knowing the inventory, building rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals, introducing customers to a sales advisor when they are ready to move forward with a purchase, and identifying product quality points and craftsmanship while informing customers of incentives.
