SALES PROFESSIONAL, PHILADELPHIA METRO TEAM Location: Field coverage for PHILADELPHIA METRO, PHILADELPHIA, DELAWARE, NEW JERSEY. Home base location: PHILADELPHIA , or surrounding PA/NJ suburbs. Schedule: Daily territory travel with some overnight. Compensation: $80-$120k (base + commission). Requirements
- 5+ years of outside sales experience
- Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems
- Technical proficiency in specs and design
- High energy, customer-first mindset
- Strong presentation and hands-on skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout territory
- Mechanical aptitude for physically demanding fieldwork
- Ability to lift to 70 pounds occasionally and carry up to 55 pounds

- Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
- Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with flooring and tiling distributors, contractors, and architects
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
- Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service
