Sales Project Manager
About The Position
As a key contributing member the global sales team, you will utilize your project management, analytical/technical skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enhance our reporting metrics, analysis, and relationship with our partners. You will partner and consult with sales leaders, and operations partners to provide quick turnaround on day-to-day business critical responsibilities, as well as managing various customer related projects in collaboration with sales team members. You will assist in organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements for projects which positive impact for our sales team and enable them to continue to drive growth.
Requirements
- BA or equivalent + 3 years related experience, or MA + 1 year related experience.

Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Customer Advocate teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Coordinate and track internal projects and customer initiatives to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Maintain strong follow-up on open actions and ensure cross-functional alignment within the team.
- Build an enhance presentations for key customers and leadership meetings using PowerPoint.
- Gather, analyze, and report date using Excel to support business decisions and sales planning.
- Use SalesForce to manage data, track opportunities, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide back-up support during vacations or leaves to ensure continuity in customer service.
- Assist in preparing materials and data for high-profile customer presentations and business reviews.
- Identify and help implement process improvements that increase team efficiency and communication.
- Daily use of SAP to enter Requests, Track Projects and provide data gathering as required to support reporting needs
