Primary Duties / Responsibilities: Assist as contact for customer and address their inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with colleagues and internal group as needed to solve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipelines. Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement. Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals on existing and new products or services. Participate in sales team meetings to align strategies and offerings. Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status using Power BI. Dates of internship: mid/late May-early/mid August 2026
