We are in need of a Commercial Sales Representative to help service our commercial customers around the Edgewater area. As a Commercial Sales Representative at Bone Dry, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team. You will combine your analytical skills with your sales expertise to estimate project costs, prepare compelling proposals, and close deals with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to represent Bone Dry with the utmost professionalism and care while driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Pass a background check
  • Must be able to climb ladder safely, access various roof types (flat, low-slope, steep/inclined), and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Military service is a plus
  • The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience
  • The candidate should have a working knowledge of Google Suites along with the ability to learn new platforms
  • Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with low slope roofing systems a plus
  • Previous experience with Java or workforce a plus
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications a plus
  • Ability to perform material take offs a plus
  • Previous OSHA certification a plus
  • Construction/roofing industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Managing a sales pipeline and making appropriate follow-ups on pending opportunities.
  • Understanding the needs of customers and proposing appropriate solutions based on the company’s product portfolio.
  • Providing timely responses to new estimate requests from customers.
  • This position requires a strong degree of ownership and self-motivation, while also being team oriented.
