About the position
Supports the membership goals of the strategic plan by performing sales and marketing functions for US Family Health Plan. Duties include conducting educational seminars, initiating and scheduling one-on-one meetings with potential members, developing relationships with military organizations and personnel and educating them regarding USFHP benefits. Responsibilities
- Conduct educational seminars
- Initiate and schedule one-on-one meetings with potential members
- Develop relationships with military organizations and personnel
- Educate military personnel regarding USFHP benefits
- Identify and foster relationships with current members to develop 'champions' of USFHP
Requirements
- Experience in sales or marketing
- Experience with public speaking and/or creating sales presentations
- 2 years driving experience
- Proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field
- Experience working with military personnel or familiarity with a military environment
- Prior experience in military health system
