About The Position

EBS, a 4M Company, is a leading provider of exterior building maintenance and janitorial solutions. We specialize in high-rise and low-rise window cleaning, caulking and sealing, pressure washing, leak detection and repair, and commercial janitorial services. As a division of 4M Building Solutions, we combine quality, safety, and professionalism to exceed client expectations. We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to help expand our market presence and build long-term client relationships. The Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, conducting site assessments, and presenting tailored solutions for a range of facility services. This role requires regular travel to client sites across Florida so candidates must be comfortable being on the road frequently.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in facility services, construction, or property maintenance
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with or willingness to learn about building exterior systems and janitorial services
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to client sites
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and institutional markets
  • Promote and sell a full suite of services, including: High-rise and low-rise window cleaning
  • Caulking and sealing windows and joints
  • Pressure washing building exteriors, walkways, and structures
  • Leak detection and minor exterior repair
  • Commercial janitorial services
  • Travel regularly to conduct on-site inspections and build client relationships
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations based on client needs
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Stay current on industry trends, safety regulations, and service innovations
