This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow in the transportation and charter services industry. The primary responsibility of this position is to answer inbound calls, identify customer needs, generate leads, and convert those opportunities into quotes and ultimately booked trips. This is a sales representative position, and you will report directly to the Director of Customer Success. You will work hands on with the Director of Sales, Sales Team and Customer Success Team. This role is a great entry point for anyone looking to build a career in sales and customer service within a growing and mission-driven company. As a Sales Representative at Global Charter Services, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers—playing a key part in shaping their experience with us.
