About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business and maintaining relationships with residential, realtors, commercial clients, including hotels, property management companies, healthcare facilities, schools, and other commercial entities. The ideal candidate is a proactive salesperson with strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving revenue growth in a competitive market.

Requirements

1+ years of sales experience, or strong desire to develope sales skills, preferably in the construction, remodeling, or surface refinishing industry.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients through research, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
Conduct effective presentations and create tailored proposals that highlight the benefits and cost savings of Miracle Method's services.
Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Serve as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management, including forecasts and pipeline updates.
