If you have a "refuse to lose" attitude, a passion for B2B sales, and the tenacity to turn a "no" into a "not yet," we want to talk to you! The Mission As our Sales Representative, you are the engine of our growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, using your persuasive skills to open doors and build a robust pipeline. You aren't just making calls; you’re a strategic partner helping commercial businesses find better facility solutions.

Requirements

  • Sales Grit: Previous experience in an outbound call center or inside sales environment. You know how to handle rejection with a smile and move on to the next win.
  • Communication Mastery: You have a confident phone presence and can craft professional, persuasive emails that get replies.
  • Tech Savvy: You’re a CRM pro. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or Pardot is a huge plus!
  • Self-Starter Mentality: You’re organized, goal-oriented, and can manage your time effectively without someone hovering over your shoulder.
  • Mobility: A valid Driver’s License and the willingness to travel locally/regionally for events.

Responsibilities

  • Generate Heat: Research and qualify leads using digital tools, web searches, and business directories.
  • The Power of the Phone: Execute high-volume outbound cold calls to identify decision-makers and drive prospects through the pipeline.
  • Set the Stage: Secure high-quality phone and in-person appointments for our Branch and Sales Managers.
  • Close the Gap: Assist in closing contracts and driving "enhancement sales" (upselling) for existing customers.
  • Data Rockstar: Serve as the Salesforce SME for your branch, tracking personal metrics and maintaining a pristine database of prospects.
  • Be the Face of Budd: Represent us at trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings (up to 25% travel).
