The Sales Service Representative is the central point of contact for delivering exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers within the Business Area Plastics. . This position is responsible for customer satisfaction, supporting sales revenue goals, and ensuring strong product support, all of which contribute to meeting market share targets. Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely order fulfillment, and proactive problem-solving. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding product availability. Initiate, process, and update sales orders according to customer specifications. Verify purchase order accuracy and obtain necessary information for order completion. Monitor job order progress and relay information to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents. Lead internal communication with manufacturing, planning, accounting, product, and sales management teams. Advocate for teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products to existing and potential customers. Identify and recommend improvements to systems and processes for enhanced efficiency. The position may involve occasional travel (up to 10%) Other duties as required.
