Our Sales team is knowledgeable on all the brands and products that DW carries and is responsible for receiving customer orders, understanding trends, analyzing selling information, and communicating with customers/buyers to ensure everything is running smoothly with their accounts. We are looking for a Sales Intern to join the team. The ideal candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, eager to learn and able to execute these essential responsibilities:
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a 4 year Bachelor’s degree program
- Team player with the ability to handle fast-paced work environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task
- Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills - MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook
- 2 Full days per week minimum
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize showrooms
- Manage samples and sample closets
- Assists Sales Executives/Assistants in the preparation for customer meetings
- Pack and send samples to buyers
- Perform general support and administrative duties
- Work with Merchandising team on stock merchandise
