Sales Supervisor - Full Time - King of Prussia Mall
About The Position
At Charles Tyrwhitt our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well” and we can’t do that without our specialist teams. At this time, we’re on the lookout for a Retail Supervisor (Full Time) who will be working with Julie from our King of Prussia team. The store is located in the King of Prussia Mall on the upper level. The primary purpose of the Supervisor is to assist with managing the store to improve commercial performance by leading and motivating the team to consistently deliver an excellent customer experience. You'll implement best practice retail methods and prioritize brilliant communication. You'll use your leadership talent to ensure colleagues and customers alike are supported and have a great experience in store.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead your colleagues
- Retail experience is essential
- Ideally key holding experience a retail environment too
- Ability to deliver sales
- Lead by example
- Experience in increasing performance using KPIs
- Ability to build quick rapport with colleagues and customers
- Lead with empathy and adaptability
