Requirements

  • Two years related work experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties.

Responsibilities

  • Provides sales and service to participants, covering a wide range of products, but not limited to, advice, brokerage, and short-term savings solutions.
  • Understands and incorporates key pieces of both workplace and brokerage acumen.
  • Follows up with Participants on leads and money movement as temporary point of contact.
  • Provides feedback and participates in the development of the future of this evolving role.
  • Participates in sales meetings, events, and other logistics for sales related activities.
  • Gathers metrics for data analysis.
  • Improves sales and client relationship management outcomes.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
