Requirements

3-5 years of account administration for medium to large size business preferably in retail or business to business environment.
Above average ability in using Word, Excel, Access and other Microsoft applications
Effective communication skills (both oral and written), strong analytical and organizational skills with the proven ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Input new orders into internal systems
Coordinate product sourcing and fulfillment on approved purchases
Facilitate submission of credit requests to internal credit group for processing, track and follow-up on pending submissions until complete
Act as a resource and contact point for clients regarding orders
Respond and resolve issues in a timely fashion ensuring to provide updates to account managers and clients on a regular basis.
