The role of the Sales Support Coordinator is to provide support to the field and inside teams by facilitating proactive and reactive sales related requests

Requirements

  • Must have experience working with Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with the hearing health industry
  • Experience working in a customer care and/or sales related function.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functionally
  • Must have strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting a sales team preferred
  • Professional experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to collaborate well with sales professionals across multiple geographic territories

Responsibilities

  • Order Assistance - handle more complex orders and triage orders that can be entered by our order entry team
  • Handle inquiries (via telephone, email, SFDC) from sales teams regarding customer related topics, including escalation and management of requests and issues
  • Facilitate issue cases to our quality team on faulty products or system related problems
  • Investigate and adjust any discrepancies between an agreed upon price and what has been invoiced to the customer
  • Proactively reach out to customers to promote specials, customer trainings, and any other task designated as essential by sales leadership.
  • Reach out to identified, high priority customers to ensure any sales and service-related needs are being addressed.
  • Participate in any special projects or WSA related initiatives as outlined by the Sales and Service Excellence management teams.
