As a senior-level Sales Support Representative, you’ll manage high-tier customer accounts, resolve complex inquiries, and support sales operations. You’ll act as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate product / billing setup, and exceptional delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of credit reporting laws and compliance (FCRA CDIA certification preferred or acquired within three months of employment)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Tableau, PowerBI and Salesforce
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Adherence to Company policies, sound judgment and trustworthiness, working safely, communicating respectfully, and safeguarding business operations, confidential and proprietary information, and the Company’s reputation are also essential expectations of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support high-tier customer accounts, ensuring timely resolution of complex inquiries and issues
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between sales, operations, billing, credit, and external clients
  • Support customer onboarding, including accurate product configuration, billing setup, and system validation
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance across internal systems and workflows
  • Assist sales teams with operational support, reporting, and process improvements
  • Identify issues proactively and drive solutions through collaboration and sound decision-making
  • Maintain a high level of service quality while meeting SLAs and business objectives
