About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to work closely with our sales team in supporting complex, high-value client engagements. This role is not traditional back-office support — you will play a key role in supporting revenue-generating activities while ensuring the accuracy and execution of complex sales processes. You will work on quoting, client interactions, and on internal coordination—gaining exposure to both the technical and commercial sides of the business. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-driven, able to work well in a team as well as individually, and interested in building a career in a technical, client-focused environment. As a growing company, our staff have the opportunity to grow into roles with greater responsibility across sales, operations, or customer-facing functions.

Requirements

  • University undergraduate degree required
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (Excel / Google Sheets proficiency required)
  • A minimum of two years' experience supporting sales within an enterprise software or IT products and technologies environment is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Current authorization (or soon to be authorized) to work full-time in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with information technology, storage systems, or data infrastructure is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed, accurate quotes requiring the application of complex pricing structures
  • Support the creation and delivery of software licensing and related customer deliverables
  • Manage and track customer support renewals through proactive, multi-touch engagement
  • Monitor license utilization and assist in identifying opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records across prospects, clients, and partners
  • Translate meeting discussions into clear, actionable updates
  • Review reporting and ensure timely follow-up across the sales team
  • Contribute to detailed internal documentation and process improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to improve efficiency and support business growth
