About The Position

The Sales Support Representative is the interface between our organization and our clients.

Responsibilities

  • ANSWER all customer questions regarding accounts, products and services via email or phone.
  • PROCESS issues of varying complexity to include delivery inquiries to error resolution
  • PARTICIPATE in meetings as scheduled
  • DATA entry into various systems (Salesforce, ServiceMax, etc.)
  • ACKNOWLDGE and work cases as FIFO
  • PROCESSING quotes and tech leads
  • Self Management: Prioritize and complete tasks, delivering desired outcomes within allotted time frames. Initiate and sustain momentum without external stimulation.
  • Accountability: Answerable for personal actions and results as well as those of others under direct supervision.
  • Personal Development: Learn and implement new ideas, methods and technology
  • Integrity: Honest and conducts self with highest degree of integrity at all times.
