Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale)
  • Legal right to work in the United States without restriction
  • Ability to start June 1st for an 12-week program

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing//Business/Communications majors preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales organization in analyzing and cleaning up the existing sales pipeline, including reviewing opportunity status, accuracy, and alignment with defined sales stages.
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and missing required data within current sales opportunities and work with sales stakeholders to correct and standardize information.
  • Collaborate with IT and Digital teams to align business and digital requirements needed to transfer opportunities into the enhanced Salesforce.com CRM module.
  • Assist in updating, editing, and completing required CRM fields, attributes, and documentation to ensure readiness for migration and compliance with new system standards.
  • Test, validate, and verify migrated opportunities in Salesforce.com to confirm data accuracy, completeness, and successful completion of the sales pipeline transition.
