This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, enablement, and coaching — building scalable learning programs that strengthen frontline execution, accelerate ramp time, and drive measurable business results across operator and distributor channels.  This is more than a training role — it’s a business performance role. Your work will directly impact seller confidence, execution quality, and commercial growth. You’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders and help shape how we develop talent across the Foodservice organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years’ experience) plus 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, sales performance in the Foodservice industry
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and performance drivers
  • Proven ability to translate strategy into field-ready solutions
  • Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder influence skills
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable impact
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales performance, or development roles—ideally within Foodservice, complex B2B, or field-centric sales environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with sales leadership and frontline sellers and designing learning solutions that translate to measurable business results.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority across cross-functional partners.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, selling skills, and performance drivers.
  • Ability to translate strategy into practical, field-ready development solutions.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess performance data and inform development decisions.
  • Experience supporting CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver onboarding and advanced sales training aligned to go-to-market priorities
  • Build scalable learning paths, playbooks, and role-based development frameworks
  • Partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to diagnose capability gaps and deliver practical solutions
  • Facilitate engaging live and virtual workshops focused on real selling behaviors
  • Embed CRM and enablement tools into seller workflows to drive adoption
  • Define success metrics and continuously optimize programs based on performance data

Benefits

  • The base salary range for this position is $83,000 - $139,000 annually, with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
