As a Sales Training Specialist at RTO National, your mission is to design, deliver, and reinforce high-impact sales training programs that empower our sales representatives with essential skills and product knowledge. This role emphasizes reinforcement training across the entire sales cycle, covering areas like discovery, effective sales pitching, objection handling, and best practices in consultative selling. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Training and Development, you'll partner closely with sales leadership, acting as a key liaison to identify skill gaps and training needs. By conducting ongoing needs analysis and developing engaging curricula, you will ensure that training initiatives support continuous improvement and performance consistency in our contact center and call center teams. Leveraging adult learning principles and instructional technologies, you’ll align training with our organizational goals, adapting to the evolving needs of the sales team while driving measurable outcomes that enhance employee engagement and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Ability to design and develop sales training in a variety of formats
  • Presentation and Training skills involving all methodologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and other departments
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple training projects simultaneously
  • Excellent listening
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of internal and external contacts
  • Must have experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Required – 3+ Sales training experience.
