The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for providing functional and technical support for Salesforce-based applications. They will work closely with key business stakeholders to discuss organizational needs and gather solution requirements. This individual must be a strong critical thinker, analytical, and detailed oriented, with the ability to solve problems on the fly and find inefficiencies in business processes – and identify a path to resolve them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands‑on Salesforce administrator experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and data/reporting.
  • Understanding of operational workflows, governance, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Strong organization and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross‑functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration tools.
  • Exposure to analytics/visualization tools such as QlikSense or Tableau.

Responsibilities

  • Configure new Salesforce features, enhancements, and system updates; perform UAT and production testing.
  • Serve as the Salesforce/CRM subject matter expert for business stakeholders.
  • Manage user requests, system configuration, and platform improvements.
  • Support and maintain integrations and application interfaces.
  • Gather requirements, define user stories, and develop implementation plans.
  • Administer users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
  • Provide end‑user training, support, and documentation.
  • Facilitate demos, UAT sessions, and cross‑department communication.
  • Oversee data management, reporting distribution, and vendor relationships.
