About the Role NinjaOne is scaling rapidly across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, and Salesforce sits at the center of how our GTM teams execute. We're hiring a Salesforce Solutions Architect lead to join our Sales Systems team in a high-impact role responsible for hands-on solution design as well as technical leadership, mentorship, and execution oversight across our sales technology ecosystem. In this role, you’ll partner closely with executive leadership to translate defined business requirements and system strategy into scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with GTM Operations teams, and end users to ensure solutions are intuitive, efficient, and drive productivity across the revenue organization. The ideal candidate blends deep Salesforce expertise with a strong execution mindset, understands the power of low-code tools like Salesforce Flows, and is motivated by simplifying complexity. You’re not just solving individual problems — you’re building durable solutions that scale, reduce operational friction, and unlock value for both teams and customers. Location - Hybrid in Austin, TX (In the office 3 days per week Mon day , Tues day , & Thurs day )
