Salesforce Architect The Opportunity: Every organization needs resilient, secure, and scalable enterprise platforms to meet mission and business goals. As a Salesforce Architect, you will drive the architectural vision and technical execution of Salesforce solutions that enable our clients and teams to accelerate transformation. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, leading solution design, guiding delivery teams, and ensuring alignment to enterprise standards. What You’ll Do: Lead end‑to‑end architecture, design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and platform best practices. Produce technical specifications, architecture diagrams, data models, and integration patterns supporting performance, scalability, and security requirements. Conduct stakeholder engagements, including requirements workshops, discovery sessions, fit‑gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs. Provide hands-on technical direction across Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, declarative automation, APIs, and platform configuration. Mentor and coach junior engineers, conduct code and design reviews, and reinforce secure coding and development best practices. Implement and mature CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, static code analysis, and environment strategies using SFDX and Git-based workflows. Evaluate new Salesforce features and capabilities, and recommend enhancements to optimize the ecosystem and reduce technical debt. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in IT
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL or SOSL, and declarative tools
  • Experience designing scalable solutions adhering to governor limits, LDV considerations, and platform security standards
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, security and sharing models, data modeling, and integration patterns
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences
  • DHS Suitability
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SFDX, DevOps Center, GitHub or Azure DevOps pipelines, automated testing frameworks, or MuleSoft
  • Experience with Government Cloud Plus, Public Sector Solutions, and Experience Cloud
  • Experience integrating AWS services with the Salesforce platform
  • Possession of excellent communication skills
  • Salesforce Certifications such as System Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architect, or Data Architect Certification
