Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 2+ years developing on the Salesforce Platform
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, declarative automation, and platform events
• Hands‑on experience with integration patterns, APIs, and version-controlled development
• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps/CI‑CD practices (e.g., Copado, Gearset, or SFDX-based pipelines)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform automations that power mission‑critical business processes
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event‑driven architectures
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into elegant, scalable Salesforce engineering solutions
• Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability through thoughtful code design and best-practice development
• Contribute to applications and automation that solve real problems—and deliver measurable impact for users and customers
