Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Role OverviewThe Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing developing and delivering high quality Salesforce solutions aligned to business needs within the Financial Services and Insurance domain The role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization understanding of industry processes and the ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver scalable secure and compliant solutionsKey Responsibilities Design and develop Salesforce components including Apex classes triggers Lightning Web Components Visualforce pages and integration services according to established development standards Configure Salesforce objects workflows flows approval processes validation rules page layouts and security models to meet business requirements Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business needs into technical solutions Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP based services middleware platforms or API frameworks as required Support testing cycles by providing stable components resolving defects and validating end to end user journeys Ensure optimal performance security and scalability of Salesforce applications in compliance with platform best practices and organizational guidelines Contribute to code reviews documentation and continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery team Work within Agile delivery frameworks provide status updates identify risks early and propose mitigation actions

Requirements

  • Hands on experience in Salesforce development using Apex Lightning Web Components SOQL SOSL and asynchronous processing models
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration including data models flows security settings and automation capabilities
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds relevant to Financial Services such as Financial Services Cloud Service Cloud Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud
  • Understanding of insurance processes such as policy administration underwriting claims billing agent operations and customer servicing workflows
  • Experience with API integrations authentication protocols and integration patterns
  • Knowledge of CI CD practices Git based version control secure coding methods and deployment automation
  • Strong analytical thinking problem solving abilities and communication skills with the capability to work with distributed teams
  • Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or related field
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned deliverables effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality solutions
  • Comfortable working directly with clients participating in discussions and contributing to solution design decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred such as Platform Developer Administrator or Consultant credentials
  • Industry experience in Financial Services and Insurance or prior project experience in a regulated enterprise environment is an added advantage
