The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the functionality of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud at Martin's Point. This position plays a pivotal role in facilitating personalized customer experiences for Martin's Point health plan members and patients and contributes to the organization's overall growth.

Responsibilities

  • Configures and administers the platform to meet the organization's marketing needs.
  • Creates and manages user accounts, permissions, and roles; sets up data extensions; creates automation workflows; and customizes the platform's settings.
  • Trains end-users on the platform's features and capabilities by conducting workshops or webinars, creating training materials, and documenting best practices and guidelines.
  • Manages and organizes the data within the Marketing Cloud, including importing and cleansing data, segmenting data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.
  • Collaborates with Marketing Managers to formulate marketing strategies and build campaigns using email marketing, social media advertising, mobile messaging, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance and provides actionable insights.
  • Identifies trends and opportunities for improvements.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshoots issues, including investigating and resolving data discrepancies, monitoring system performance, addressing code-related issues, and coordinating with IT teams and Salesforce support teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including deep understanding of its platform, various components, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience using HTML, CSS, SQL AND AMPscript.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
