Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Support, the Salesforce System Administrator is the trusted technical owner of assigned customer environments, ensuring systems remain optimized, current, and aligned with each Clariti and Salesforce release. As the primary point of contact for post sales system administration, you will oversee ongoing maintenance, partner with Technical Support to implement complex updates, and guide customers through change with clarity and confidence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and meaningful impact. You will develop deep expertise across the product and platform, navigate high visibility technical challenges, and collaborate cross functionally to deliver a seamless, low effort customer experience.
